Directly constructed bridges with the use of fibre reinforced composites has been gaining popularity in dentistry because of its ability to give the dentists different treatment options depending on the needs of the patient. The aim is to restore the teeth in a biomimetic way with less tooth preparation to conserve as much healthy tooth structure as possible. Fibre reinforced composites offer cost-effective, conservative and reduced treatment time approach which keep options for other future treatments possible. Fibre-reinforced bridges can be very successful in replacing missing anterior teeth, either as a short to medium term solution or for longer term aesthetics and function.
This workshop will provide:
• Simple techniques using the everStick fibre reinforced composite materials in synergy with a range of aesthetic and high strength composites
• Hints and tips to assist in ensuring successful treatment outcomes
• Clinical information which are useful in case selection and treatment planning
