The latest trends, developments, and techniques in the evolving world of endodontics can be confusing and difficult to evaluate, especially for recent graduates at the beginning of their careers.

The objective of this one-day lecture program is to review the basic principles of endodontic treatment and prepare the general practitioner to perform endodontics on a routine and predictable basis.

Topics include endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, access cavity design and canal location, length determination with electronic apex locators and radiographic techniques, root canal preparation principles and obturation of the root canal space.

This lecture day is a prerequisite to attend a two-day limited attendance hands-on workshop, 'Back to Basics - From Start to Endo: Part 2' on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 August 2021.
