In any economic times, either bullish or difficult – the best protection for a fee for service practice is a system of patient management – a value chain for dentistry – where patients come in, are treated ethically and appropriately, and then return over a number of years to help build the practice.
Course 1 – Patient Relationships
This first all day presentation will explain the basics of patient flow, clinical examination and treatment planning for the real world – not what is taught at universities and certainly not by sales courses.
