This course is designed to reintroduce you to advanced periodontal instruments and instrumentation. The course includes the use of extended shank, miniature working end and other advanced periodontal instruments. The instrumentation technique will include horizontal instrumentation and advanced intraoral and extra-oral fulcrum techniques. The course will be based on mini-lectures followed by an explanatory video and hands-on experience with practical techniques to use in your dental practice.
This course is recommended for all dental clinical professionals (Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Therapists or Oral Health Therapists) with previous knowledge of basic periodontal instruments and instrumentation.
