This program covers the treatment planning sequence to facilitate the restoration and surgical referral of basic single unit implants. With didactics and hands-on exercises, participants will become familiar with restorative components, implant impression techniques and prosthetic tooling to aid the delivery of an implant prosthesis. Nobel Biocare’s restorative assortment including CAD/CAM solutions available through NobelProcera® will be presented to aid abutment choice and laboratory communication. Long term success of an implant begins with outstanding treatment planning and diagnosis; make this program your first step into implant therapy.

After this one day course, the participant will...

  • Be able to understand patient selection, diagnosis and communication
  • Understand the systematic approach to treatment planning
  • Be familiar with surgical template construction and guidelines for surgical referral
