The main focus of the course is on the treatment of gingival recession defects using Mucograft together with a corronally advanced flap as well as the gain of keratinised tissue.
Geistlich Mucograft is specifically designed for soft-tissue regeneration. Its 3D-collagen matrix favours early vascularisation, soft-tissue integration and optimal wound healing. Mucograft is the optimal alternative to a soft-tissue graft for gaining keratinised tissue and root coverage. Mucograft and Mucograft Seal will be shown as alternatives to autogenous grafts and soft-tissue punch procedures. Advanced suturing techniques is a strong feature of the hands-on.
Practitioners will have the unique opportunity to “Develop their skills” both theoretical and practical, in the company of Harvard educated Dr. Jonathan Leichter and Geistlich Biomaterials, the Leaders in Dental Hard and Soft-Tissue Regeneration.
This course is designed for practitioners with experience in treating periodontal disease and who want to advance their soft-tissue regeneration skills.
