The Oral Health CRC and the University of Melbourne are extremely proud to be hosting PgMelbourne2017: the 3rd International Conference on Porphyromonas gingivalis and Related Species in Oral and Systemic Diseases.

We are delighted that many of the world’s leading periodontal researchers have confirmed they will speak at the conference, making this a unique opportunity to hear the latest scientific evidence on periodontal microbiology and inflammation, and the translation of research into clinical applications.

Having seen all of these presenters speak, I can attest to their outstanding knowledge and communication skills. Dental researchers and clinicians alike will find their sessions informative and exciting.

Our understanding of the pathogens associated with periodontal disease is progressing at an unprecedented rate. The Pg conference is held only every two years and is unlikely to be in Australia again for some time. Don’t miss this chance to bring your scientific knowledge of periodontal disease up to date.

Researchers interested in contributing to the conference program can submit an abstract for consideration for an oral presentation or poster presentation by 19 February 2017.
