There is an ever-increasing range of materials and techniques available in clinical practice and, because of this, dentists can offer more treatment options for patients' complex functional and aesthetic needs.
Understanding the methods and materials to manage simple and complex restorative issues are critical to improving patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Given the plethora of materials and techniques, how does the dentist decide which options to present to the patient?
What options will provide the best long-term, functional and alethic outcomes for the patient? In this seminar Dr Malament will use the evidence base to discuss a range of materials and techniques, which will make this decision-making both easier and more robust.
