There has been an evolution of implant designs, surfaces and prosthetic connections. Currently, state of the art options place an emphasis on tapered implants and the Morse Taper connection with integrated platform switch. Dr. Arnaud will be discussing the advantages of these features on the clinical practice and how they produce outstanding short and long term clinical results such as the control of primary stability levels, bone maintenance, papillae maintenance, connective tissue attachment, prosthetic screw loosening prevention and other restorative benefits.
