Dr Andreas Kurbad has run a private dental practice since 1990, with specialization in aesthetic dentistry and implantology. He has been a CEREC user since 1995. Since 1996, he has been active as a lecturer and course instructor in the fields of all-ceramic restorations and CAD/CAM procedures.
Dr Kurbad is a member of the editorial board of International Journal of Computerized Dentistry, Quintessenz Zahntechnik and Digital Dental News.
He has published numerous articles on the topics of epidemiology, periodontology, restorative dentistry, CAD/CAM procedures and metal-free restorations. Moreover, he is the co-author of the textbook "CAD/CAM und Vollkeramik – Ästhetische Restaurationen in der zahnärztlichen Praxis".
