Dr David Gelb received the DDS degree in 1973 and Certificate in Periodontics in 1975 from Columbia University, Certificate in Implant Surgery University of Toronto 1986 and Certificate in Implant Prosthetics OSI in 1989. He served as faculty member at University of Connecticut, United States Navy in Bethesda, Columbia University and Hartford Hospital. He is Diplomat of the American Academy of Periodontology, a Diplomat of the American Academy Osseointegration, Fellow American and International College of Dentists, and Fellow Pierre Fouchard Academy.
