Dr Hupalo graduated with a BDSc from the University of Queensland in 1988. He served as a Dental Officer in the Royal Australian Air force before commencing his specialist training in 1996. He attained his Master of Dental Science and specialist registration in 1999 after graduating from the Specialist Clinical Training Programme in Prosthodontics at the University of Sydney. Dr Hupalo is in full time private practice in Sydney. His practice is restricted to treatment of extensive missing or damaged teeth. Apart for the traditional restorative solutions, both tooth and implant supported, his other area of special interest is in adhesive dentistry and conservative dental solutions. Dr Hupalo holds a teaching appointment with the University of Sydney. He is an advisor to tertiary institutions and the dental industry and is a consultant to the legal profession. Dr Hupalo is currently Vice President of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Prosthodontists. He is also a member of the Australian Prosthodontic Society and the International College of Prosthodontics.
