AUSTRALIA
Sherene is presently employed as a Senior Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry at Westmead Hospital and also holds a Clinical Senior Lecturer appointment at The University of Sydney. She is one of the few specialists that has devoted her time to providing paediatric dental care to patients in remote and regional NSW for well over 11 years and has continued to enjoy her time at the dental clinics in Orange. Her passion for challenges and enthusiasm is clearly demonstrated in her active involvement in the dental task force for the Australian Government Intervention (AGI) Service in Northern Territory since 2008. In her specialist career spanning over twenty years, her areas of specializations have included managing the special child, paediatric oral pathology and dental trauma. She has published widely in several international peer reviewed journals including co-authoring a chapter in the 'Handbook of Paediatric Dentistry'.
