Dr Stephen Harlamb has been a Specialist Endodontist in private practice in Burwood since 1996 and also holds a Masters Degree in Health Law from the University of Sydney. He has lectured extensively (with an emphasis on dental traumatology, success and failure in endodontics as well as dento-legal issues) to dentists and students and is a Past President of the ASE (NSW).
He held a teaching appointment in Dental Traumatology at the University of Sydney from 1997 to 2009 and has been actively interested in Dental Traumatology since 1994 as a result of his work in Accident and Emergency at Melbourne’s Dental Hospital. He is coordinator of the Australasian Branch of the International Association of Dental Traumatology (IADT), a member of both the organising committee for the 19th World Congress of Dental Traumatology to be held in Australia in 2016 and the Fellowship Committee in Dental Traumatology for the IADT.
Dr Harlamb is currently exploring many of the dentolegal aspects of dental trauma, notably consent, capacity and contributory negligence.Professional Biography
