Doug Stuart is a highly experienced Dental Technician with over 22 years at Ivoclar, specialising in digital workflows and software solutions. Originally from the UK, Doug qualified in 1992 and then transitioned from working in dental labs to joining Ivoclar in 2002 as a Sales Territory Manager and NSW State Manager. In 2004, he moved into digital dentistry as a Digital Specialist for the Kavo Everest system, undergoing extensive training in Germany. Since 2014, following Ivoclar’s acquisition of Wieland, Doug has played a key role in the sales and training for 3Shape/Wieland CAD CAM systems and milling systems. He trained with 3Shape China and Wieland Pforzheim. From 2017 onwards, he has been providing expert support and training for the Programill system across Australia and New Zealand. Doug regularly attends advanced training sessions at Ivoclar headquarters in Liechtenstein with fellow digital advisors from around the world, staying up to date with the latest CAD/CAM hardware and software advancements.
