James is a second-generation dental technician with extensive experience in the dental industry since 2006. While he has worked across various areas of dental technology, his primary focus has always been on CAD/CAM technology. In 2013, James was one of the first dental technicians in Australia to adopt Wieland Zenotec milling machines.In 2015, he joined Ivoclar, where he has since participated in numerous global courses to enhance his expertise in Dental CAD/CAM. As a member of Ivoclar's Digital team, James is responsible for the installation, training, and support of the Programill milling system and CAM workflow. His role also includes providing basic to advanced 3Shape CAD training in all aspects of dental technology.
